University of Pennsylvania — Urogynecologist, Assistant Professor of Ob/Gyn, Clinician-Educator

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure clinician educator track. Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree. Candidate must be board certified or active candidate for certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and subspecialty trained and board certified or active candidate for certification in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery.

Teaching responsibilities may include clinical training and supervision of medical students, residents and fellows and participation in formal teaching curriculum.

Clinical responsibilities may include clinical and surgical treatment of women with the full range of pelvic floor disorders.

Research or scholarship responsibilities may include translational and/or clinical research in women’s reproductive health. Opportunities to participate in the Pelvic Floor Disorders Network exist.

Candidate would join established Urogynecology practice in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties, including New Jersey.
