University of Pennsylvania — Pulmonary and Critical Care Academic Clinician – Senior Ranks

The Division of Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Associate or Full Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in disease and disorders of the chest and lung with an emphasis on lung transplant and outcomes.

Teaching responsibilities may include teaching pulmonary and critical care fellows, house staff and medical students.

Clinical responsibilities may include consultation, diagnosis and ongoing treatment of patients with simple to the most complex conditions. Caring for patients in the outpatient clinic and as an attending on the inpatient service based at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania may also be required.

Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. Applicants must be ABIM certified in Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care.
