The Division of Mathematics in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Florida International University invites applications to fill a full-time, nine-months, permanent instructor position at the BBC campus to commence in August 2020. 

A Master’s in Mathematics is requested for this position; preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. in mathematics, or to candidates who are in the process of earning a doctoral degree. Candidates are expected to demonstrate a commitment to and evidence of excellence in teaching, written and oral communication skills. This is a full-time teaching position. Duties will include teaching mathematics courses at the BBC campus and some service activities within the department and the university. Teaching assignments may include hybrid (i.e. blended) and fully online undergraduate instruction.
