Penn State Mont Alto seeks a dynamic and experienced enrollment management professional to serve as its next Director of Enrollment Services effective November 1, 2019. At Penn State Mont Alto, students get the best of both worlds – a high-quality education on a small and nurturing campus. The Director of Enrollment Services will be responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and implementing campus enrollment management activities including admissions, student recruitment, market analysis, and financial aid. Specific job duties include: authorize student admissions at the campus. Develop, administer, implement, and analyze results of strategies and programs to recruit, enroll, and retain students. Demonstrate awareness of emerging trends in enrollment and financial aid to proactively address changing markets. In conjunction with marketing staff, conceive, design, implement and analyze effectiveness of campus communication and marketing strategies. Supervise professional and support staff. Prepare and administer budgets. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher (Master's degree preferred) or higher plus six years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as part of your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
