This aim is reflected in an humanities-based core curriculum, which cultivates the knowledge, skills, and imagination requisite for living meaningful and ethically sound lives. The College is also committed to preparing students for successful careers, and it has been expanding academic programming to meet student interest in pre-professional areas such as Business, Nursing, and, most recently, Risk Management and Insurance.
