The Position

  • As the Director of Student Affairs for Kaiser’s inaugural class and beyond, you will be working as part of a dynamic team of professionals committed to helping students develop into healthy, resilient physician leaders by building and overseeing programs and events that support personal and professional development
  • Working hand in hand with the Senior Associate Dean of Student Affairs and other faculty, this progressive leader will be responsible for the development and execution of new and revised programs, policies, goals and strategy for the student affairs unit in accordance with the quality, customer service and equity standards of the Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine
  • Minimum of five years’ experience providing academic support services to medical students and supervisory experience required. The role includes oversight of 3 staff members – manager of well-being programs, manager of career advising, and 1 administrative staff member
  • Experience with the medical school matching processes, event planning, and pioneering spirit highly preferred
  • Bachelors required; Master’s degree preferred
