Global First Year Instructor

Job Information:

The Department of English and the Department of Mathematics and Statistical Sciences in the College of Arts, Sciences & Education at Florida International University are seeking multiple instructors to teach lower division writing and math courses offered within the curriculum for the departments.  This position will work with international students in the Global First Year program.  The Global First Year is a pathway program for international students seeking admission into FIU, which provides students with additional support and instruction tailored to their academic and language level. Position is contingent upon funding.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Subject Area or related field and at least 2 years’ experience working with or teaching international students.
