Wake Forest University — Assistant Director, Enrollment Management Recruiting, School of Business

Summary: The primary responsibility for this role will be to support the execution of   campus recruitment initiatives for the three pre-experience/specialized masters programs in the School of Business to target potential new students, primarily on the Wake Forest campus.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for implementing recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract and yield a high-quality diverse class of students for the three specialized masters programs.
  • Identifies and builds relationships with key influencers at our feeder schools.
  • Targets and recruits’ prospective students at schools and other relevant organizations whose profiles align with Wake Forest’s enrollment requirements and talent profiles sought by hiring organizations.
  • Leverages organizations and conferences that would provide a good network for recruiting efforts.
  • Effectively utilizes data to evaluate the progress of recruitment strategies and initiatives within the MA/MSA/MSBA Programs.
  • Collaborates with the Marketing team to develop collateral and promotional materials to support recruiting efforts.
  • Advises prospective students on the admissions process, curriculum, basic financial aid process and scholarship opportunities, and employment outcomes.
  • As part of the admissions committee, reviews applications, conducts interviews, makes scholarship recommendations, and participates in admission decisions.
  • In collaboration with other faculty and staff, implements processes, events and other enrollment management related experiences that align with the School’s strategic vision.
  • Initiates collaboration and engages with colleagues in other degree programs and those serving in other functional areas to realize excellence.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree plus up to three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Advanced degree preferred.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft environments, including Word, PPT, Excel, Google drives.
  • Some supervisory skills and training experience.
  • Ability to represent the office and the university in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive attitude that will promote a healthy cultural climate in Admissions.
