University of Pennsylvania — Assistant Professor (CE Track), Pediatric Psychology

The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure clinician-educator track. The successful applicant will have experience in the field of pediatric psychology with a focus on conducting independent research related to addressing sleep disorders in pediatric primary care and providing integrated medical and behavioral health services in primary care. Responsibilities include conducting independent research related to identifying and treating sleep problems in an urban primary care context; conducting program evaluation research for comorbid sleep and behavior disorders; providing consultation and treatment services for medical and behavioral sleep disorders in the CHOP Sleep Center; supervising predoctoral interns in pediatric primary care; and engaging in other relevant teaching activities for psychiatry and pediatric residents in primary care (didactics; lectures). Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education, research, and clinical care. Pennsylvania license in psychology is required.
