The College of Nursing and Health Sciences at the University of Vermont believes that diversity and inclusion are necessary to achieve academic and institutional excellence. The CNHS Director for Diversity and Inclusive Excellence is a new position in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences to work toward meeting our College and University mission related to diversity and inclusion.

We are seeking an individual who has a demonstrated track record of programmatic development that enhances diversity and inclusion. This individual will lead efforts to systematically integrate equity, diversity, and inclusivity into our research, academic programs, clinical practice and community health to create transformative impact. The position, reporting to the dean of the college, is expected to interact with the University Office of the Vice President for Human Resources, Diversity and Multicultural Affairs, and other campus constituents to support university equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts.
