University of Pennsylvania — Associate and / or Full Professor of Pediatrics (AC Track)

The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of Neonatology and Newborn Services in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Full or Associate Professor positions in the non-tenure academic- clinician track. Applicants must have an MD or MD/PhD or equivalent degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in clinical care and education. Candidates must be board certified/eligible in Neonatal- Perinatal Medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics. 

Clinical duties will focus on providing outstanding clinical care, excellence in teaching, and productivity in program development. Clinical care will be provided in the 100 bed Level IV NICU at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the 40 bed Level III NICU at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as in the Neonatal Follow-Up Program. Duties also include providing outpatient and inpatient consultative services, along with participation in the clinical education of medical students, residents and fellows.
