University of Pennsylvania — Assistant Professor of Pediatrics (Tenure-Track)

Newborn Service in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the tenure track. Applicants must have an MD or MD/PhD degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education, research, and clinical care. Candidates must be board certified/eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics or Internal Medicine. 

Applicants must have a national reputation for outstanding scholarship that includes a body of work which demonstrates intellectual independence. The successful candidate is expected to have independent research grant support with a publication record in neonatology, developmental or molecular medicine as well as a record of excellence in teaching students and trainees.
