Southern New Hampshire University — Assistant Professor of Mathematics

Southern New Hampshire University’s traditional campus is seeking an On-Campus Assistant Professor of Mathematics. The selected candidate will be joining a cohesive department, and will have opportunities to teach a wide variety of classes across the general education, pure mathematics, and new mathematical modeling curriculum. The position will be to engage with students and faculty both on our campus and across the university, including the brand-new College of Engineering, Technology, and Aeronautics. The successful candidate will demonstrate an excitement for mathematics and a passion for teaching undergraduates, as well as for pursuing scholarly endeavors. A PhD in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or Statistics is required. Our department, as well as the University, is committed to continuing to build a more diverse academic community that aptly reflects the shifting demographics within our student body.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • PhD in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or Statistics is required at the time of hire
  • Teaching experience
