The University of Mississippi — Associate Professor / Professor in Counselor Education

The School of Education at the University of Mississippi seeks to strengthen its faculty in the area of Counselor Education identifying senior candidates at the Associate or Professor rank with interests and expertise in either school counseling, clinical mental health counseling, and guiding dissertations. Counselor Education offers CACREP-accredited MEd programs in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling, as well as a PhD program in Counselor Education & Supervision. It also provides a fully-online Ed.S. degree program in play therapy.

Applicants should have a record promising success in teaching, supervision, and research, along with a primary professional identity as a counselor educator. Applicants should have demonstrated competence in the aforementioned areas. This is a tenure track, 9-month appointment with possibility of supplementary summer appointments in research and/or teaching. Full University benefits apply.
