University of Pennsylvania — Chief of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism Division

The Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Associate or Full Professor position in either the non-tenure clinician-educator track or the tenure track. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree(s) and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education, research, and clinical care. Applicants must have completed endocrinology training with current American Board of Internal Medicine certification.

The next Chief of Penn’s nationally recognized Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism will have the opportunity to build on an enormously strong foundation of excellence in research, clinical services, and educational programs. The successful candidate will be a national leader in endocrinology and possess a distinguished record of original research, strong clinical and educational skills, a demonstrated commitment to all missions of the division, and proven excellence in mentorship, leadership, and administration. Track and rank will be commensurate with experience.
