University of Pennsylvania — Assistant or Associate Professor, Otorhinolaryngology: Head and Neck Surgery

The Department of Otorhinolaryngology: Head and Neck Surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant or Associate Professor position in the non-tenure clinician-educator track. The successful applicant will have experience in the field of general Otolaryngology with a focus on the medical and surgical treatment of obstructive sleep apnea. Responsibilities include surgical and clinical care of obstructive sleep apnea patients as well as teaching and supervising medical students, residents and fellows in a clinical and surgical setting. An emphasis should be placed on translational or clinically focused research and cross departmental research program development. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in research and clinical care. American Board of Otolaryngology subspecialty sleep medicine certification or eligibility is desirable.
