Kansas Wesleyan University — Tenure-Track Faculty Position in Accounting

Kansas Wesleyan University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position for a broadly trained accounting position at the rank of Assistant Professor beginning with the 2018-19 academic year.

The successful applicant will teach a variety of accounting courses in support of the Business & Accounting Department curriculum and the university’s mission. The individual filling this position will also be expected to demonstrate excellence in teaching, scholarship, and community service, have a strong commitment to undergraduate education, and possess communication and interpersonal skills sufficient to work effectively with a diverse array of students and colleagues. The applicant must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in accounting with a doctorate preferred. In addition, teaching experience working with undergraduates using innovative and successful course delivery methods, utilization of community service-learning projects, and delivery of real world experiences for students is preferred.
