An Assistant/Associate Professor – Nutrition Specialist is a non-tenure track faculty member of the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service who provides educational leadership in an area of assigned program responsibility. The position collects, evaluates, interprets, & develops subject matter information for dissemination through the Extension delivery system. The position provides support to field faculty & serves as a recognized reference source for the organization in the area of expertise. Provides leadership for statewide programs in human nutrition. Collaborates with others to determine content, priorities and emphasis for human nutrition programming. Supports planning activities with leaders and clientele groups, extension faculty, county extension councils and nutrition committees and councils. Identifies areas in human nutrition that could be impacted by Extension programming efforts for the benefit of the citizens of Arkansas. Locates, adapts and/or develops curricula and related support materials for county use.  Required: An earned Doctorate in Nutrition or closely related field is required.  To apply, visit Posting # 644
