Gwynedd Mercy University — Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Religious Studies

Gwynedd Mercy University, a Roman Catholic institution in the tradition of the Religious Sisters of Mercy, invites applications for a tenure-track, Assistant Professor in Religious Studies to begin August 2018.

The ideal candidate is a generalist who can teach scriptures, morality, church history, Christology, systematic/fundamental theology, and world religions and who can assume program coordination responsibilities. A PhD in religious studies or theology is required. Preference will be given to candidate with program administration experience and a demonstrated track record of excellence in teaching and scholarship.
