Bethany College is seeking a dynamic vice president for enrollment management who will dream big, set aggressive goals, and think outside the box in shaping the vision and direction for institution-wide enrollment management. Reporting to president, the vice president for enrollment management will fill a key position at Bethany College, as institutional leadership has placed significant attention on enrollment growth and student retention and success. The vice president is expected to bring energy, creativity, and vision to the overall strategic positioning of the College. The vice president will be a seasoned, talented, and highly creative enrollment leader and manager with strong communication skills and the ability to focus and lead an organization to set and achieve strategic outcomes and enrollment and retention targets.
