Job Description: The Johnson College of Business and Economics is seeking a tenure-track, nine-month assistant or associate professor position to teach Finance beginning August 16, 2018. Faculty to teach on the Spartanburg and/or Greenville campus.

Candidate should embrace diversity and be comfortable with community engagement and service that includes student advising, undergraduate research, and experiential learning.

Required Qualifications:  Ph.D. in Finance or a closely related field, from an AACSB International accredited university. Academically qualified under AACSB 2017 standards; have recent research published in peer reviewed journals (except new graduates); demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence; and demonstrate ability and commitment to contribute to the College’s mission through service. ABD candidate with planned completion date by August 15, 2018 may also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:  Management experience in Finance and Investment Management, and teaching experience preferred. Must be able to work closely with students and the professional community.
