Ferris State University seeks nominations and applications for the position of Associate Vice President for Human Resources.

Ferris State University has nearly 14,000 students enrolled in classes on its main campus in Big Rapids, 21 off-campus sites throughout Michigan, at Ferris’ Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids, and on-line. By offering people what they want, when and where they need it, Ferris is Michigan’s “statewide university,” with a transfer rate higher than any other university in Michigan.

The Associate Vice President for Human Resources will provide vision, direction and leadership in the formulation of policy recommendations, procedures, systems and strategies to achieve optimal Human Resources services to the University community. This individual will direct and coordinate all Human Resources activities of the University including employment, compensation, benefits, Staff Center for Training and Development, HRIS, and employee relations.
