University of Northern Iowa — Individual Studies Coordinator

Provides academic advising to declared and prospective Individual Studies (IS) majors, General Studies (GS) majors, and Bachelor of Liberal Studies (BLS) students; promotes student recruitment and success through a variety of advising and program activities; conducts research pertaining to the Individual Studies and GIS Programs; and serves as Assistant National Student Exchange (NSE) Coordinator. Master’s degree in postsecondary education, student affairs or related field required. At least two year of academic advising experience in higher education required. At least two years of education experience in higher education and working with adult learners preferred. Criminal and other relevant background checks required.
