University of Pennsylvania — Assistant Professor (Academic Clinician Track), Clinical Neuropsychology

The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic-clinician track. The successful applicant will have experience in the field of clinical neuropsychology with a focus on assessing developmental and neuropsychological outcomes in children who have undergone General, Fetal, or Thoracic Surgery. Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education and clinical care. License eligibility to practice in PA is required.

The successful applicant will have experience in the neuropsychological assessment of patients who have undergone surgical procedures and subsequent medical treatment. The faculty member will have extensive experience with neuropsychological assessment, including infant and early childhood assessment of developmental skills and assessment of cognitive, behavioral, and academic functioning in school aged children and adolescents.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. from an APA-accredited doctoral program and pre-doctoral internship, post-doctoral training in pediatric neuropsychology, fulfill criteria for licensure in PA. Applicants must have excellent qualifications in education, clinical care, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
