University of North Carolina at Greensboro — Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Statistics

The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG), Department of Mathematics and Statistics seeks applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Statistics with Specialization in High Dimensional Data Analysis. The preferred start date is August 1, 2018. Candidates must have or anticipate a Ph.D. in Statistics or a closely related field by August 1, 2018. Successful applicants will be expected to maintain a vigorous research program and excel in teaching. They are also expected to seek external research funding, contribute to the interdisciplinary mission and statistical consulting at UNCG, and educate a diverse group of undergraduate and graduate students from various background.
