Northwest Missouri State University — Student Conduct and Development Coordinator

PRIMARY DUTY: The Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, evaluation, and oversight of the Student Conduct System. The Coordinator will be the chief conduct officer and is responsible for ensuring due process in allegations of student misconduct. In addition to conduct, the Coordinator is responsible for policy development and implementation, will support students in navigating university processes, and be responsible for coordinating initiatives within Student Affairs to improve synergy in co-curricular student development goals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience: Previous experience working with diverse groups of people, coordinating programs, and supervising others; working knowledge of multicultural issues and concepts; previous experience with student conduct management systems
Skills: Excellent interpersonal relationship skills; excellent written and oral communication skills; strong organizational skills; strong data analysis skills; ability to interact with students from diverse backgrounds; ability to connect with students appropriately to encourage student success
