The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of Nephrology in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Associate Professor position in the non-tenure academic-clinician track. Applicants must have an M.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education and clinical care. Board certified/eligible in pediatric nephrology.
The successful candidate will provide inpatient and outpatient nephrology services including clinics at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia satellite locations. The candidate will provide quality teaching of fellows, residents and medical students.
The Division of Nephrology comprises over 10 faculty with diverse clinical and investigative interests and has clinical programs with nearly 6,000 outpatient visits yearly. Philadelphia is a vibrant city with a unique blend of modern high-rise office buildings and historic districts with centuries of old architecture.
