The UCSF Department of Pediatrics is recruiting an Assistant, Associate, or full Professor to the Adjunct, HS Clinical, Clinical X, or In Residence faculty series to serve as Medical Director of the Adolescent & Young Adult Medical Specialty Program at Mission Bay. The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall development, operation, and fiscal management of the Ambulatory and Consultative Service at the new Mission Bay Campus. She or he will work closely with the other Pediatric and Mental Health subspecialists based at Mission Bay to develop state-of-the-art integrated clinical programs for adolescents and young adults, including the further development of a transitions program and a comprehensive reproductive health program. She or he will play an active role in the ongoing training and education of medical students, Pediatric Residents and Adolescent Medicine Fellows, and is also responsible for the ongoing development of an active research program.

Qualified candidates must possess a medical degree, Board certification in General Pediatrics, and Board certification/eligibility in Adolescent Medicine.
