The Department of Computer Science at the Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, Missouri is seeking outstanding applicants for one or more tenure-track (TT) faculty positions in all the areas of computer science at the level of Assistant Professor, stronger candidates at higher levels may be considered. Preference will be given to areas such as cyber-physical systems, cyber security, data science, IoT, smart and connected health, and software engineering. Competitive salary commensurate with the rank and qualifications of the candidates will be offered.
The successful TT candidate will be expected to have a strong commitment to contributing to the departmental research efforts, high-quality teaching both at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and service. Applicants should have a demonstrated excellent record of research publications, external funding, and evidence of high-quality teaching. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related field by the appointment start date.
