Edrel Stoneham is the new director of enrollment services and registrar at Victoria College in Victoria, Texas. He was a graduate program advisor and adjunct faculty member in the College of Technology at the University of Houston.
Dr. Stoneham is a graduate of the University of Houston-Clear Lake. He holds an MBA from Texas Woman’s University and a doctorate in higher education from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas.
Kevin L. Williams is the new vice provost for access and enrollment services at the University of the Virgin Islands. He was the vice president for enrollment management at Talladega College in Alabama. Earlier in his career, he held administrative posts at Mississippi Valley State University, Clark Atlanta University, and Morehouse College.
Dr. Williams is a graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta, where he majored in psychology. He earned an MBA at American Intercontinental University and a Ph.D. in urban higher education from Jackson State University in Mississippi.
Jeanette Barker was promoted to associate vice chancellor of institutional research, evaluation, and planning at North Carolina Central University in Durham. She has served as director of institutional effectiveness in the Office of Research, Evaluation, and Planning.
Dr. Barker holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in college student personnel services from the University of Dayton in Ohio. She earned a doctorate in higher education from North Carolina State University.
Kimberly Morris was named director of financial aid at Fort Valley State University in Georgia. She is the former director of financial aid at Southern Crescent Technical College in Griffin, Georgia.
Morris is a graduate of Clayton State University in Morrow, Georgia, where she majored in psychology and human services. She earned a master’s degree in postsecondary education from Troy University in Alabama.
