The Department of Dermatology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Associate or Full Professor in the non-tenure academic clinician track to serve as Medical Director of Penn Dermatology at Bucks County. Responsibilities include patient care and teaching in the field of dermatology and leadership of a large, state of the art clinical practice located in the suburbs of Philadelphia.
The Medical Director will lead a clinical team of approximately 8 faculty, responsible for more than 31,000 patient visits and procedures annually. The Penn Dermatology at Bucks County practice includes phototherapy, Mohs surgery, 14 spacious exam rooms, and has quickly earned a reputation for excellence throughout the community since its opening in 2014.
Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. and be board certified or board eligible in Dermatology. Candidates must have demonstrated qualifications in education and clinical care, with excellent leadership skills to maintain practice operations and outstanding patient care across the site.
