This position is a non-tenure track faculty member of the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture-Cooperative Extension Service. This position operates in an independent, decision-making role in the planning & execution of programs. Work objectives are coordinated with programming staff and/or other supervisors. Expected to contribute effectively to conceptual framework, program design, result dissemination, educational activities, & the pursuit of extramural financial support. Coordinate both 4-H ATV Safety and Shooting Sports programs. Maintain relationships and provide leadership to county Extension staff, 4-H volunteers, youth participants, and stakeholders; Develop and maintain program curriculum, training, and events on a year round basis; Operate independently, making appropriate decisions while planning and implementing programs; and maintain adequate fund development to sustain both program needs.
Requirements: Master’s degree in related field
