Dedman College is accepting the following applications for tenured track positions in the Natural and Formal Sciences to begin Fall 2017:
Assistant Professor of Molecular and Cellular Biology – Tenure Track (Position No. 00052610)
Education: Ph.D. in Biology
Application Due Date: Review begins September 15, 2016*
Specialization: Aging, cancer biology, development biology, epigenetics, neurobiology, biochemistry or emerging infectious diseases is preferred.
Assistant Professor of Statistical Science (Two Positions) – Tenure Track (Position Nos. 00006354 and 00006332)
Education: Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field
Application Due Date: November 15, 2016*
Specialization: Although all sub-disciplines of statistical science will be considered, applicants with a background in time series, statistical learning and data mining, or experimental design will be given special attention. Candidates with evidence of excellence in teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels are highly favorable.
