The Graduate Art Therapy Program invites applications for a tenure-track 10-month program director position at the assistant or associate level that will be available January 2017.
Responsibilities: include advising students; hiring and evaluating adjunct faculty; course development; overseeing internships; managing administrative functions associated with program operation; overseeing program compliance with AATA and/or licensing standards; coordinating admissions policies and procedures, marketing and recruitment with the office of Graduate and Adult Studies; teaching courses in graduate program and one course annually in the undergraduate program.
Qualifications: A doctorate in Counseling or a related discipline; Registered or registry eligible and Board Certified (ATR-BC); be licensed or license eligible as a Professional Counselor; teaching experience at the graduate level preferred; experience as a clinician required.
