INSTRUCTION & ASSESSMENT LIBRARIAN: FLCC seeks an innovative, highly-motivated librarian to creatively advance the development & support of Library instruction & assessment initiatives at the college. As an integral member of the library service team, responsible for coordinating instruction & reference services & fostering a culture of assessment in the Charles J. Meder Library. Master’s Degree in Library Science (MLS) or Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) from an ALA-accredited program, a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a library, preferably at an institution of higher education, & a minimum of 1 year library instruction/ classroom teaching experience required. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills & the ability to work effectively w/students, faculty, community residents, librarians, & support staff are essential.
