Hampton University Teams Up With the United States Coast Guard

USCGHampton University, the historically Black educational institution in Virginia, has entered into an agreement with the United States Coast Guard. Under the agreement, Hampton University faculty will participate in research and development projects relating to activities associated with the Coast Guard.

The Coast Guard will recruit Hampton University students for service as officers in the service and will provide funds for recruitment and retention programs at the university.
