University of Kansas Partners With a University in Ghana

The University of Kansas has entered into a partnership agreement with the School of Medicine and Health Sciences at the University for Development Studies (UDS) in Ghana. The agreement calls for cultural, educational, and scientific cooperation between the two institutions.
UDS has been adopting the training curriculum of the University of Kansas’ Work Group for Community Health and Development to fit an African context. In addition, there will be student and faculty exchanges between the two universities for study and research.
