Grambling State University Looks to Enlist Retirees to Help Out

pogueFrank G. Pogue, president of Grambling State University in Louisiana, has announced the establishment of the Grambling State University Association for Retired Faculty and Staff. President Pogue said the new organization will provide former employees who have served the university in the past an organized way to continue to help in a variety of ways.

President Pogue stated, “Retirees remain an untapped resource for the university, and this group will bind these individuals together and continue to keep them associated with the university.”

Dr. Pogue said that the university would offer meeting space and clerical assistance to the new organization.
