Trevor Dawes Appointed Associate University Librarian at Washington University

Dawes150Trevor Dawes was named associate university librarian at Washington University in St. Louis. From 2004 to 2013 he was circulation services director at the Princeton University Library. From 1988 to 2004 he held several supervisory positions at Columbia University Libraries.

In his new position, Dawes supervises departmental libraries serving art and architecture, chemistry, business, earth and planetary sciences, East Asian studies. and music. He also overseas library collections other than special collections.

Dawes holds bachelor’s and two master’s degrees from Columbia University. He earned a master of library science degree at Rutgers University.
