The Leader of the New Office of Diversity and Equal Opportunity at the College of William and Mary

Chon Glover was named director of the new Office of Diversity and Equal Opportunity at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. The new office was formed by the merger of the Office of Diversity and Community Initiatives and the Office of Equal Opportunity. Dr. Glover has been on the staff at the college for 16 years and has served as interim vice president for student affairs, director of multicultural affairs, and chief diversity officer. Most recently, she has been serving as assistant to the president for diversity and community initiatives.

Dr. Glover holds a master’s degree and an educational doctorate from the College of William and Mary.
