Lincoln University of Pennsylvania to Open a New Campus

Lincoln University, the historically Black educational institution in Pennsylvania, has announced that it will open a new satellite campus in Coatesville. The new campus of Lincoln University will be located in the Gordon Education Center which currently houses the alternative education programs of the Coatesville Area School District. Lincoln University will take sole control of the center in July 2013, but may offer classes at the center beginning in January 2013.

Current plans are to offer programs in nursing, business and entrepreneurship, and hotel, restaurant, and tourism management. In addition, the university may offer adult continuing education programs at the Coatesville campus.

Earlier this year Lincoln University announced that it would establish a campus in Cape Town, South Africa.
