Carl Jones Named to Executive Post at Clark Atlanta University

Carl Jones has been appointed vice president for enrollment services and student affairs at Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Jones has been employed as South Carolina State University in Orangeburg since 1990, most recently as vice president for academic success and retention programs.

Dr. Jones is a graduate of South Carolina State University, where he majored in psychology and minored in French. He holds a master’s degree and a doctorate in counseling and human development from Atlanta University. He maintained a perfect 4.0 grade point average during his doctoral studies.
