Pamela Prescod-Caesar Named Vice President at Swarthmore College

Pamela Prescod-Caesar was named vice president for human resources at Swarthmore College in suburban Philadelphia. Her appointment is effective February 15, 2012. She has been serving as associate vice president for human resources at Colgate University in Hamilton, New York.

Swarthmore College President Rebecca Chopp stated in announcing the appointment, “Pamela is skilled at developing collaborative partnerships. In her previous positions, she has had great success in finding solutions for complex problems that yield beneficial community outcomes. Among such successes is her rich history of creating and implementing diversity programs that foster and support building inclusive communities.”

Prescod-Caesar is a graduate of Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She holds an MBA from Curry College in Milton, Massachusetts.
