Paul Baker Is the New Dean of Academic Affairs at Voorhees College

Paul K. Baker was recently appointed executive vice president and dean of academic affairs at Voorhees College in Denmark, South Carolina. Dr. Baker was dean of social sciences and chair of the department of history, government, and public policy at St. Augustine’s College in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Dr. Baker has served on the faculties of Fayetteville State University, North Carolina Central University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Dean Baker is a native of Fairmont, North Carolina. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a master’s degree from North Carolina State University and a doctorate in leadership studies from North Carolina A&T State University.
