Historically Black Delaware State University Offers Four New Graduate Degree Programs
Delaware State University, the historically black educational institution in Dover, has announced that it will offer three new doctoral programs in the 2008-09 academic year. New doctoral programs will be offered in applied chemistry, neuroscience, and optics. A new master’s degree program in applied optics will be offered for the first time.
With the four new offerings, Delaware State will now have 22 graduate degree programs.
