Award

• Terrell L. Strayhorn, an assistant professor of educational psychology and counseling at the University of Tennessee, won the 2006 Outstanding Junior Scholar Award from the Council on Ethnic Participation of the Association for the Study of Higher Education.

Strayhorn is a graduate of Virginia Tech and holds a master’s degree in educational policy from the University of Virginia.
