Award

• William A. Massey, the Edwin S. Wilsey Professor of Operations Research and Financial Engineering at Princeton University, is the recipient of the 2006 Blackwell-Tapia Prize from the Institute for Mathematics and Its Applications. The award is given for outstanding mathematical research and for mentoring minorities and women in the field of mathematics.
