Administrator at Delaware State University Takes One-Year Sabbatical to Work in International Food Policy for the State Department
John L. Graham, assistant vice president for international affairs at Delaware State University, is taking a sabbatical. Dr. Graham is using the opportunity to take a one-year assignment with the U.S. State Department. He will be working in the office of the Bureau of African Affairs as an expert on international food policy. There he will advise State Department officials on issues such as drought, biotechnology, food security, and commodity pricing.
