Honors and Awards

• Syrulwa L. Somah, associate professor of construction management and occupational safety and health at North Carolina A&T State University, is the recipient of the Liberia Image Award for Lifetime Achievement.

Dr. Somah is a graduate of the State University of New York. He holds a master’s degree from Liberal College University in Oklahoma and a Ph.D. in policy studies from the Union Institute in Cincinnati.
